No, but you can download a new version from this site. You will also need new registration keys; simply indicate the Company Name, Site Name and Authorized Phone Number with GP in the comment area and, as long as you are current with your maintenance, we will send you new keys via email. If not, we will contact you to reactivate the maintenance.

Send us an email and we will schedule your upgrade. FundVision 5.0 works with all versions of GP (SQL) since 7.5.

Contact us by telephone or email at least 4 weeks prior to your planned upgrade and we will prepare a new version of your customization compatible with your targeted version of GP. If your maintenance is current, there is no charge for this service; if it has lapsed, we will work with you to reactivate the maintenance.

[+/-] How do I know what version of BGE (or Kairos) product works with a specific version of GP?

For FundVision, the latest version of FundVision (currently 5.0) works with all supported versions of GP (7.5 through 10.0) as long as they are SQL based. For all the other products and customizations, the major and minor version numbers of our product match the version of Great Plains they are compatible with.

[+/-] I have just installed an 8.0 version of your product and, when I start GP, I get an error message after signing on as “sa”. What should I do?

This is a known issue with some installations of 8.0. This error dialog opens twice, once before and once after creating tables. You can safely ignore both errors; the product will install correctly.

[+/-] I am installing a new version of a product; should I click on Create or Update tables?
