This versatile package offers gift and pledge management including features such as drill-down capability,
pledge receivables and variable schedules.
The Gift management feature allows you to track gifts in many different
formats including cash, in-kind, in honor, in memory and pledges. You may also print acknowledgement letters and receipts relating to all gifts.
The Gift Entry window provides the ability to create a cash and/or pledge transaction. Each gift transaction can be created
for a single fund or multiple funds in the same batch.
When entering payments received from donors, each gift can be associated with a fund, a campaign, a solicitation and a solicitor.
This helps analyze the progress of campaigns and solicitations. Receipts can be generated for the full amount or for a partial amount
of a donation and the receipts can be reprinted if lost or misplaced.

You can track extensive information on every contact in your database resulting in effective contact management
for you and your organization.
Finding contacts in the FundVision database is simple with the Quick Lookup feature. Simply enter the contact’s name,
telephone number or postal code and your contact’s information is displayed instantaneously.
Contacts can also be assigned an Alias name, which can be used as a quick lookup as well.
